I’m here to show you that you don’t have to compromise on flavour or richness to be vegan. You don’t even have to be healthy (though you probably should), but your choices will impact the health of our planet and the lives of countless animals. And that’s a good thing! You know what else are good things? Cookies, cake, burgers, melty cheese, and buffalo wings. Don’t give those up for boring steamed vegetables and brown rice. Because with all the delicious vegan food out there, who really needs salad anyway?
